Why I am not getting Host Media emails to my Hotmail or Outlook email address? Print

If you are using Hotmail or Outlook email addresses you might have noticed some times our emails get blocked or marked as junk/spam by Hotmails internal systems. To ensure you get all emails from Host Media please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account
  2. Click on the 'Cog' icon to open up the settings list so you can select the 'Options' link
  3. Under the title 'Preventing junk emails' click on the link 'Safe and blocked senders' and then 'Safe senders'
  4. Then enter in the field label 'Sender or domain to mark as safe:' add: @hostmedia.co.uk
  5. Then click 'Add to list'
That is it, you should now get any and all emails from Host Media.
