To create a Data Source Name (DSN); the first step is to login to Plesk (https://94.76.225.97:8443 Or http://94.76.225.97:8880) and click on "ColdFusion DSN".
This area allows you to manage your created DSN's and add new ones which can be done by going to the "Add New ColdFusion DSN" icon at the top of the page.
You will need to enter the "Data Source Name *" that you wish to create and the type of driver you wish to use. Most of the time you will need to use either MySQL or MSSQL.
After clicking next you will be able to add all the settings you normally have directly with the ColdFusion Administrator.
We recommend creating a new SQL username for your database to keep this part different to your main access details.
Once you have filled in the areas that apply to your requirements click create. Your DSN will now be added to the ColdFusion Administrator.
