If you order was unable to be processed by the gateway such as PayPal or Stripe we would suggest contacting that payment gateway and check your account.

If you are unable to progress to the gateway your order maybe considered as a fraud order by our partner MaxMind which checks all orders automatically. If so, don't worry, just open a ticket to our sales team who will run a manual check of your order.
