Improving our billing & support email delivery

We’re always looking for ways to make your experience with Host Media smoother and more reliable. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working behind the scenes to improve how we deliver important emails such as:

  • Billing notifications & invoices

  • Support ticket updates

  • Service reminders & alerts

What’s new?

We’ve partnered with Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), the same technology used by some of the world’s largest platforms, to handle our outbound billing and support emails.

This means:
✅ Higher deliverability, less chance of emails landing in spam/junk folders
✅ Stronger email authentication for added trust
✅ Better monitoring of bounces and delivery issues
✅ Faster, more consistent email delivery

Why does this matter?

Clear communication is vital, especially when it comes to billing and support. By upgrading our email systems, we’re making sure you receive the information you need, when you need it.

What do you need to do?

Nothing at all - these changes are already live. You’ll simply notice more reliable delivery of our billing and support communications.
