Firewall Manager for shared & resellers update released

We have made enhancements to our in-house developed Firewall Manager for shared and reseller customers, providing a clearer level of detail regarding why an IP address has been blocked.

You can access the Firewall Manager under 'Website & Security' → 'Firewall Manager' after logging into your client portal.

If you encounter any issues with an IP address being blocked, please contact a member of our technical support team, who will be happy to assist you.
